Cold Station Choice of (2): crisp garden salad, potatoes, coleslaw, tri-bean salad or fruit salad
Hot Station Steamed rice with cinnamon and walnuts, roasted potatoes, corn on the cob, and your choice of two (2): shrimp and crawfish E'touffee, lemon chicken, beef pot roast, sausage and red beans, ham and black eye peas, or roasted pork with apple brandy

Dessert banana and chocolate pudding, pecan pie

Starter Station seafood, chicken and sausage gumbo or salad of choice. Variety of breads and condiments,

Hot Station dirty rice pilaf, garlic mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, and your choice of three (3): pork loin in mushroom red wine sauce, sautéed or blackened fresh fish, trimmed bite size prime rib, shrimp and chicken creole or stuffed fresh fish with crabmeat & lemon butter

Dessert Your choice of Two (2) bread pudding, key lime pie, chocolate pecan pie or
pineapple rum cake
